This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website, take the AI Tools Master quiz, or subscribe to the programme — why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Teach&Draw Limited, Faneromenis 106, 2nd floor, office 201, 6031 Larnaca, Cyprus. Reg. no. HE385979.

For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described in sections 11 and 12, contact us at support@ilearning-well.com. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the AI Tools Master quiz, checkout, and learning application at aitool.welldays.app. It does not cover third-party AI tools taught in the programme — those services have their own privacy policies and we have no control over them.

3. Data we collect

Data you give us

Quiz answers — your goals, experience level, role, and the other choices you make in the quiz, used to build your recommended track.
Account data — your email address and password when you create an account.
Payment data — the details you enter at checkout. These go directly to our payment providers; we receive only the outcome of the transaction, the plan purchased, the last four digits and brand of the card, and the billing country.
Support correspondence — the content of emails you send us.
Community content — anything you post in the members’ community.

Data collected automatically

Device and connection data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and time zone.
Usage data — pages viewed, referring page, time on page, buttons and links clicked (including which call-to-action took you into the quiz), and lesson progress.
Advertising identifiers — identifiers stored in cookies or local storage by our advertising partners, and click identifiers appended to the link you arrived through (for example aleid and alart from AppLovin, fbclid from Meta, and utm_* campaign parameters). These let us tell which advertisement led to a visit.

Data we receive from others

Aggregated campaign and conversion reporting from advertising platforms.
Transaction status, chargeback, and fraud signals from our payment providers.

We do not ask for and do not want special-category data — health, biometric, religious, political, sexual-orientation, or precise-location data. Please do not send it to us.

4. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

To provide the Service — create your account, personalise your track, deliver lessons, run the community, and give support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
To take payment and manage subscriptions and renewals, including refunds and chargebacks. Legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
To keep the Service secure — prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
To measure and improve the website — understand which pages and messages work. Legal basis: your consent where this involves non-essential cookies or similar technologies; otherwise legitimate interests.
To advertise our programme and measure those advertisements, including matching a subscription back to the advertisement that led to it and building audiences for future campaigns. Legal basis: your consent.
To send you service emails (receipts, renewal notices, password resets). Legal basis: performance of a contract. Marketing emails are sent on the basis of consent or, where the law allows, a soft opt-in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
To comply with law and to establish or defend legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation; legitimate interests.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and pixels. Strictly necessary technologies run without consent. Advertising and analytics technologies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie, what it does, and how long it lasts.

6. Advertising and measurement partners

We advertise this programme on third-party platforms. To know whether our advertising works, we let those platforms place a pixel on our site. When you consent, the pixel sets cookies or similar identifiers on your device and sends the partner data about your visit — including your IP address, user-agent and device information, the pages you view, and the actions you take, such as clicking through to the quiz. The partner uses that data to attribute the visit to an advertisement, to measure and optimise campaigns, and to build audiences for advertising. Depending on where you live, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or targeted advertising, under state privacy laws; section 12 explains how to opt out.

Our advertising and measurement partners are:

AppLovin (Axon web pixel), operated by AppLovin Corporation. For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/. You can manage AppLovin’s use of your data for advertising at How AppLovin Shows You Ads, submit a privacy request at applovin.com/en/privacy-data-request, and read their U.S. Multistate Privacy Notice.
Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. See the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

We do not send our partners your name, your email address, your payment details, your quiz answers, or any special-category data, and we do not enable custom events or objects beyond the standard page-view and lead events described in the Cookie Policy. We do not knowingly send them data about anyone under 18.

7. Payment processing

Card payments are handled by Stripe and Solidgate, acting as independent controllers for the payment transaction and as our processors for order management. Your full card number is entered on their systems and never reaches ours. They process your data to complete the payment, run fraud and anti-money-laundering checks, and meet their own legal obligations.

8. Other service providers

We also use providers for website and application hosting and content delivery, transactional and marketing email, customer support ticketing, and error monitoring. They act on our instructions under written data-processing agreements, may only use the data to provide their service to us, and must keep it secure.

Besides the recipients named above, we may disclose data to professional advisers, to authorities where the law requires it, and to a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your data for money.

9. International transfers

We are established in Cyprus (European Union). Some of our providers and advertising partners are located in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant), together with additional safeguards where needed. 10. How long we keep data

Account and learning data — while your account is active, and for 12 months after it is closed.
Transaction and invoicing records — 7 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
Support correspondence — 3 years from the last message.
Website analytics and advertising identifiers — up to 13 months, or the cookie lifetimes in the Cookie Policy, whichever is shorter.
Consent records — for as long as needed to prove the choice you made.

After these periods we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

11. Your rights in the EEA and the UK

You have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have data erased; to restrict or object to processing, including objecting at any time to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing; to receive your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing that already happened. To exercise any of these rights, email support@ilearning-well.com. We do not charge for this and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

12. Your rights in the United States

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may appeal a decision we make about your request.

You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. To opt out on this website, select Decline in the cookie banner, or open Cookie settings in the footer and decline — this stops our advertising pixels from loading. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser. To exercise any other right, email support@ilearning-well.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

13. Children

The Service is for adults. It is not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not share children’s data with advertising partners. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to support@ilearning-well.com and we will delete it and close the account.

14. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on administrative systems, and providers who are contractually bound to appropriate security measures. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service before they take effect, and the “last updated” date above always shows the current version.
