Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Teach&Draw Limited, Faneromenis 106, 2nd floor, office 201, 6031 Larnaca, Cyprus. Reg. no. HE385979 (“we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of this website, of the AI Tools Master quiz and checkout at aitool.welldays.app, and of the AI Tools Master learning programme (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, taking the quiz, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
AI Tools Master is a self-paced online learning programme about artificial-intelligence tools. It consists of daily lessons, written guides, a prompt library, and access to a members’ community. The Service is delivered digitally through a web application. It is a subscription product: access continues for as long as your subscription is active.
We are an independent education provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, or any other tool vendor referenced in the lessons. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has registered, we will terminate the account and refund any amounts paid.
3. Your account
You need an account to access the programme. You must give accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly at support@ilearning-well.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
Accounts are personal. You may not share, resell, or transfer access.
4. Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal
Please read this section carefully — it describes a recurring payment.
- Plans and prices. We offer subscription plans of different lengths. The plan you selected, its price, its billing period, and the price at which it renews are shown on the checkout page before you pay, and are repeated in the confirmation email we send you after purchase. Those figures form part of your contract with us.
- Introductory pricing. Some plans are offered at a reduced introductory price for the first billing period only. Unless the checkout page states otherwise, the subscription then renews at the standard rate for that plan.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for another period of the same length, at the then-current standard rate for your plan, until you cancel. We charge the payment method you provided at checkout.
- When you are charged. The first charge is taken at checkout. Each renewal charge is taken on or shortly before the first day of the new billing period.
- Price changes. If we change the renewal price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, so that you can cancel first if you do not wish to continue.
- Currency and taxes. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required by law. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it for a short period and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, in your account settings or by emailing support@ilearning-well.com. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the current period ends.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not by itself refund the period you have already paid for — you keep access until the end of that period. Refunds are handled under section 6.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the programme, write to support@ilearning-well.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to have completed any part of the programme. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of accepting the request; how quickly it appears depends on your bank.
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have under the law of your country.
7. Educational purpose — no guaranteed outcomes
The Service is educational. Results depend on your own effort, prior experience, and circumstances, and vary from person to person. We do not promise any particular productivity gain, job outcome, income, or business result. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, medical, or professional career advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Any figures, timelines, or student stories shown on our website illustrate what some participants have reported. They are not a promise of what you will achieve.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, record, republish, resell, or distribute the lessons, prompt library, or any other course material;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or to train a machine-learning model on our materials;
- share your login, or access the Service through automated scraping;
- attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content in the community, or harass other members;
- use the Service in breach of any applicable law or sanctions regime.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of this section.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service and its content — lessons, text, video, graphics, prompts, templates, and software. While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and your own work, including using the prompts in your day-to-day professional tasks. That licence ends when your subscription ends. All other rights are reserved.
If you post content in the community, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the Service.
10. Third-party tools
The programme teaches tools operated by third parties. Access to those tools is not included in your subscription, their availability and pricing are outside our control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party tools or for content you generate with them.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, updates, and events outside our control may cause downtime. We may improve, add, or retire individual lessons and features. If we make a change that materially reduces the core benefit of a paid plan, you may cancel and ask us for a pro-rata refund of the unused part of your current period.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination your licence ends and you must stop using the materials.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including your rights as a consumer.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you post in the community.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the protection of mandatory local rules, those rules continue to apply to you and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@ilearning-well.com — most issues are resolved quickly. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights or the price you pay, we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date at the top always shows the current version.
